Please share your query via email (also share your order id. Eg: SC1111-SA in the email).
Please do not send multiple emails fo the same query as it will cause confusion while providing proper resolution. And also please use one email thread for the queries 🙏

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.
If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.
Return Policy
Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch . However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly. The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please update us within 3 hours of placing it (kindly send email to support@stellarschoice.com). This grace period allows us to ensure that if your needs change, we can accommodate your request without any issues. After 3 hours, we begin processing your order to meet our commitments for timely delivery, and at that point, we are unable to accept cancellations as your product has entered the production stage
We prioritise delivering excellent service and fostering a respectful and professional interaction with our customers. Please note that we do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour. In instances of customer errors, such as ordering the incorrect size, colour, or product, we maintain our commitment to professionalism. Abusive behaviour will lead to the termination of communication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone involved.
In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.
